Mr. Orwa, a co-founder and Board Chairman in SHF is one of the most tenured executives in the foundation with over 8yrs experience as a health care professional. As the chairperson stable health foundation, Mr. Orwa has been instrumental in creating SOPs and capacity building through leadership training. He mobilizes strategic partnerships and community outreach to better human life and alleviate suffering.

Mr. Orwa health career spans almost a decade working in various reputable health institutions both nationally and internationally From the Aga Khan Hospital, Mater Hospital, The Karen Hospital.

Other global organizations include The WHO in Accra- Ghana, UN in Somalia, United Nations as a medical mentor

He is currently aRN Specialist in Critical care in Eastern Maine Medical center USA and the Kenyan Coordinator at the American Heart Association. He has passion for better healthcare and humanity in general. As person who has experienced poverty and hardship growing, He is driven by personal mission to inject hope, alleviate suffering in the underserved vulnerable individuals in the society.

The founder and Chief Executive Director Dr. Bonface A. Onsongo was trained in the areas of academic medicine & surgery and medical research. Having lost a mother at a young age secondary to a lifestyle disease, a turning point to his life, awakening the drive to start an organization that would give hope to the many patients suffering from lifestyle diseases i.e. Diabetes, Cancer, Hypertension etc. and give awareness on NCDS prevention strategies in Kenya and beyond.

He began his professional career at the Kenyatta University and completed his undergraduate studies in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB). Dr. Onsongo received a certificate in Lifestyle Interventions in the Management of Lifestyle Diseases through the joint providership of Loma Linda University School of Medicine and Uchee Pines Institute.

Also a certified provider in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the The American Heart Association.

As a medical researcher, academician and lifestyle intervention advocate, Dr. Onsongo has worked for and been affiliated in the policy implementation of many institutions including the Arise Hospital Ruiru in the department of Clinical services & Outreach Programs, The Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital, The Dawn Hospital and . One of his major contributions in the above institutions was leading major community outreach programs.

A Health Entrepreneur and Health Economist who has contributed to implementation of leading Doctor Owned chain of franchised medical facilities (Equity Afia). Owns Equity Afia Kitengela Medical Center. He is currently the Medical Officer In-Charge at Equity Afia Medical Centres - Kitengela and South B Branches..

Beryl Bakhita is an activist youth and woman aficionado through mentorship and training. She is the founder of  Faraja Africa, a humanitarian organization. She is a graduate of Kenyatta University. She holds a certificate in Emerging Leader Foundation and ACT11 in Transformative Leadership, social Entrepreneurship, Advocacy and currently completed a project planning and management course. She has been doing mentorship and activism since 2016. Has been privileged to work with organizations like Global platform, Women  of mUshinga (Congo) KCIC Center for Gender equity, Bridge Africa and now Stable Health Foundation to train youth and women and men on entrepreneurship, violence against women, men and girls, Good health and well being and a transformation leadership among other thematic areas. Through her impeccable outreach and impact she has earned airtime on both radio and television like Switch TV, K24, Y253 and KBC. She has also been featured on Kenyatta University magazine for outstanding student leader representing a population of 10,000 students while a student at Kenyatta University.

Samuel N.Oyabi, co-founder & Managing Director in SHF. He is trained in the areas of academic medical laboratory sciences & medical research. He began his professional career at the Kenyatta University and completed his undergraduate studies in Medical laboratory sciences.

As a medical scientist, researcher and lifestyle intervention advocate, Oyabi has worked for and been affiliated with many institutions including both public and private sectors. They include but not limited to: Ngong sub county hospital, Equity Afia medical centers, The Nairobi hospital.

Currently serving as head of clinical services and laboratory officer in charge in Equity Afia medical centers both south B and kitengela.

As an astute leader, have held several positions including, The chairman of  association of Kenyatta University Medical Laboratory Sciences(AKUMELS),Youth Leader Kajiado North Station for 5 years and currently serving as a church elder.

The lord is his personal savior and the strength of his life as from Deuteronomy 6:5

Mr. Ondoro is a Computer Scientist & Telecommunications Engineer. He is a holder of BSc in Computer Science from Egerton University, Kenya. He has acquired multiple certifications which include but are not limited to: CISCO Certificate in Network Administration (CCNA), Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Oracle Developer, Oracle Database Administration, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Inter-Bank Financial Telecommunications), & Core-Banking Systems.

He is an accomplished leader in projects management and health systems re-engineering, design and development. His working experience includes Hospital/Clinic Management Systems, Data Protection & Cyber Security Standards, , Cloud Computing (Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, XaaS), FinTech Solutions, Anti-Money Laundering, Digital Forensics, ICT Audits, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence.

Mr Ondoro has won many awards including but not limited to 'Outstanding Performance' from the Board of Directors of National Bank of Kenya Ltd after the successful implementation of 'KRA Simba 2005' Project (a Government of Kenya initiated project for Kenya Revenue Authority).

He has made business travels to a number of countries in Africa and Europe including but not limited to Brussels(Belgium), Zurich(Switzerland), Dakar(Senegal) and Bamako(Mali).

He has worked for the Government of Kenya, National Bank of Kenya Ltd and many local and multinational organizations in the Health and ICT sectors. He is the immediate former Service Delivery Manager for Positivo BGH in the Kenyan Government's Digi-School Project(Laptops/Tablets) for primary schools.

Nelly has a background in Secretarial, Administration and Project Management and Event planning. She has a vast working experience with Non-Governmental Organizations including the Kenya Land Alliance in advocating for equal land rights for women, equality and equity in distribution of
natural resources.  She has also worked with the African Academy of science in the Editorial/Publication department in publishing and
disseminating IEC material.

Nelly is a Certified Peer Educator with NOPE and a trained First Aider with Red Cross. She is currently undertaking a Counseling Psychology Course at PAC university and working as a volunteer Counselor and mentor at CITAM. She is currently serving as the Business Growth & Development Manager at Equity Afia Medical Centres - South B and Kitengela branches.

Nelly is passionate about families, young people and the underprivileged.
