About Stable Health Foundation
Stable Health foundation (SHF) was conceptualized in 2017 as a community based Health care provider originally named Fitness & Stable Health Organization, a Kenyan based non-profit organization, established to promote better health with primary emphasis on health education, disease prevention and lifestyle improvement. SHF is active in the establishment of Health Education and Health Exposition programs across Kenya. We train and supply experienced healthcare professionals. Thanks to a partnership with a team of health providers which comprises of doctors, pharmacists, clinical officers, laboratory officers, nutritionists, nurses among other providers.
Most of our volunteer opportunities consist of field activities in our various projects in communities. We provide personalized Health care to our service users that make a real positive impact on the daily lives. Our large pool of well trained, dedicated and caring staff ensures quality service is available to our clients throughout the year.

OUR HISTORY
About the Founders
The founder and Chief Executive Director Dr. Bonface A. Onsongo was trained in the areas of academic medicine and surgery & medical research. Having lost a mother at a young age secondary to a lifestyle disease, a turning point to his life, awakening the drive to found an organization that would give hope to the many patients suffering from lifestyle diseases i.e Diabetes, Cancer, Hypertension etc. in Kenya.
He began his professional career at the Kenyatta University and completed his undergraduate studies in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB). Dr. Onsongo received a fellowship in Lifestyle Intervention with Natural Remedy Therapies and Clinical Application at the Kenyatta University through the joint providership of Loma Linda University School of Medicine and Uchee Pines Institute.
Also a certified provider in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the The American Heart Association.
A Health Entrepreneur and Health Economist who has contributed to implementation of leading Doctor Owned chain of franchised medical facilities (Equity Afia). Owns Equity Afia Kitengela Medical Center.

Our Core Values
